Cinna Mon Consulting provides: Partner program strategy and consulting services. Webinar-as-a-Service packages for lead generation and partner enablement. Access to the CinnaLab.io SaaS platform for partner relationship management.

Service descriptions, pricing, and deliverables appear in proposals or individual contracts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements to use our services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and current information. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Use our services only for lawful business purposes. Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our Website or SaaS platform.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for consulting services, WaaS, and SaaS subscriptions are detailed in proposals or online subscription plans. Payments are due according to agreed invoicing terms or subscription billing cycles.

All content, materials, templates, and software provided by Cinna Mon Consulting remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use deliverables (such as webinar materials, templates, and strategy documents) solely for their internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content or software without permission.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous and reliable access to our Website and SaaS platform. From time to time, maintenance or updates may cause temporary service interruptions.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party platform downtime).
